Happy Friday, bloggers! FINALLY! How is everyone doing?
I met with my trainer on Weds, and my knee was just getting worse, so I promised him no running for 2 weeks.
Not good for training… I biked Weds and Thursday, perhaps swimming tonight? Any other suggestions to beat the no-running blues? Hehe. I’ve been relying so much on running lately to help me shed the pounds I’m going to have to pay even more attention to what I eat *insert freaked out smiley here*.
I went to Starbucks yesterday for the first time since I began my “healthy” ways, and was nervous b/c how was I not going to get my usual venti caramel macchiato (300 cals and 8 g of fat!)? I had control and opted to try the skinny vanilla latte, which turns out is super good (and only 130 cals and 0 g of fat)! Their website has all the nutrional information which helped me make my decision first (http://www.starbucks.com/menu/catalog/nutrition?drink=all). I think picking out what I was going to have before going really, really helped… I’ll have to start doing that more often.
